I stopped experimenting with film developers a long time ago. It's been all HC-110 for years. But...I was intrigued by 510 Pyro as I've never tried a staining developer. Processed my first roll (HP5) in Pyro today. The only thing I did "wrong" was to not use an alkaline fixer, but word on the street is that most people don't notice a difference. Mixed 1:100 using 4ml. It's like syrup, but the supplied oral syringe worked well. One cool thing is that the shelf life of an opened bottle is 6 years.
