Most people in my neighborhood pick up their dog's poop.This is good, but lately I've been seeing poop bags with poop in them just left along the road or sidewalk. Did I miss a meeting? It's OK now to say, "Here, I put the poop in a bag. Now you take care of it!"? I don't get it.
@jack@social.baty.net I've seen that a lot. I assumed it was because they pick it up when they think people are watching, then when they think it's clear they just toss it.
@jack I see that all the time around here. Like, okay, I guess that’s maybe a little better than not doing anything with the poop, but most the time it’s those biodegradable bags, and a day later it’s falling apart
