It's possible I'm spreading myself to thin, notebook-wise.

@jack how are you liking the plotter?

@greg@gregnewman.io Honestly, I have mixed feelings. It's no fault of the Plotter, but rather my difficulty with ring binders. The smaller rings help, but being left-handed is still a disadvantage. I'm also not sure having such flexible options with papers, arrangements, etc. works with my brain. I need constraints! :). That said, mine is the A5 and I have the matching "bible" sized set in my cart.

@jack that makes perfect sense. I’m not left handed but I have thought about how that would affect the use of a ring binder. For paper I’ve settled on dot grid and lined only. Rarely do I use the task paper. The project folders are really cool. In a Leuchtturm I’d go A5 but I prefer the bible in the ring binder. Shockingly I love the mini5 as my wallet with the card holder. And yes, the smells!!!!

@greg@gregnewman.io How do you carry the Mini? Seems like a back pocket (where I carry the field notes) would bend things in a bad way.

@jack front pocket. I haven’t carried a wallet in back pocket for 2 decades because pick pockets and it was causing sciatic issues. The mini5 really is mini.
